At the Active Business Group (ABG), we believe in dynamic leadership and empowering every member. Our unique approach sees the ‘Chair’ position regularly circulated amongst our members. This not only brings a fresh perspective to each meeting but also allows different individuals to infuse their unique views, style, and personal touch into guiding our networking and referral activities. This rotation ensures a vibrant and diverse leadership, keeping our group innovative and member-focused.

Another cornerstone of our collaborative ethos is our “Member Showcase.” This dedicated session provides a fantastic platform for a member to deliver a presentation about themselves and their business. Often, this includes sharing their current business challenges, inviting the collective wisdom of the group. The following week, we hold a structured question and answer session, offering members the opportunity to provide valuable feedback and thought-provoking insights. This two-part format deepens understanding and fosters meaningful engagement within the group.
